PANCHASE Trekking

The trek to Panchase hill is new destination for those who are looking for something different, less touristy and easy for walk and its natural beauty and the panoramic views of over 8000 meter high Mt. Annapurna, Manaslu and Dhaulagiri and always twinkling view of Machhapuchhre (fishtail) is another attraction. It is also a popular religious site where many Hindu Pilgrims visit during the festivals. The thick forest and wildlife are also worth seeing. The top of Panchase is the best view point to have a panorama of the Himalayas and green valleys and terraces of mid-hilly region. There are different trails that lead to Panchase and all are equally comfortable and interesting. The village settlements are also eye catching

This trek is a spectacular short trek and traverses a variety of terrain region from lowland villages and rice terraces up to 3,000m, where one finds the biggest Gurung (Gurkha's) village as well as a national flower forest of rhododendron best seen in the spring.This area is home to Gurung peoples, traditional members of British Gurkha Army, who as descendants of Tibet practice their own form of Buddhism. Experience the people and culture of Nepal. It is an ideal trip for those who have a short time and like to combine cultural sites of that region.
