High himalayan trekking and expedition has always been concerned about Mountain Porters' and guides safety and Job Security. While many companies have thrown away their seasonal employee after they become disabling in some mountain mishap, High Himalayan Trekking and Expedition look after their family, kids' education and guarantees their fundamental needs.
All of our treks are led by qualified guides and porters who have been trained in first aid, basic or advanced mountaineering skills, environment and various other related subject matters therefore High himalayan trekking and expedition has provided thousands of high quality trips for clients from all over the country Nepal and Tibet mostly.
High himalayan trekking and expedition provides Clothing appropriate to season and altitude to porters and guides for protection from cold, rain and snow. This may mean: windproof jacket and trousers, fleece jacket, long johns, suitable footwear (leather boots in snow), socks, hat, gloves and sunglasses. We will provide with food and warm drinks, or cooking equipment and fuel and the standard of medical care and insurance. Usually all our porters are able to communicate with foreigners in English or few others languages as well. Our guides are fluency to talk with foreigners. High himalayan trekking and expedition has its own rescue fund for emergency to cover cost of rescue and treatment. The porters carry only less then 30 kgs load above the tree line about 20 kgs only and the company provide all food and shelters to all staffs during the trekking period.
